Voter Registration is as simple as 1 and 2, or 3
1. For You To Register And Vote In Connecticut
Qualifications:
- be a citizen of the United States of America
- be a resident of Connecticut and of the town in which you wish to vote
- have completed confinement and parole if previously convicted of a felony, and must have had your voting rights restored by a Registrar of Voters
- at least 17 years of age to register; and 18 years of age before, or on the date of the next election to actually vote
- not currently declared mentally incompetent to vote by a court of law
